1. We hold a credit card on file for all of our clients. You'll receive an invoice via e-mail the day after your services are completed, which can be opened and paid online using any electronic payment method. Or, after 5 days of the service, the system will charge the invoiced amount against the card on file
2. Turnaround time for photos is 24 hours from the time the photographer leaves the property. Floor plans have a 2 business day turnaround. Virtual staging turnaround is 2 business days, not including the date of order. Virtual renovation turnaround is 3 business days. Brochure orders must have final approval no later than 1:45 PM to qualify for free next-business day delivery. Our office phone support hours are 8:45 AM - 4:45 PM Mon-Fri
Appointments cancelled/rescheduled with 1 hour or less before the confirmed start time are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
Appointments cancelled/rescheduled with less than 4 hours, but greater than 1 hour before the confirmed start time are subject to a $55 cancellation fee
Weekend/Holiday shoots are subject to a $100 cancellation/rescheduling fee with less than 4 hours notice

Property must be completely photo-ready when the photographer arrives.
Due to Bright MLS regulations, all real estate signs will be blurred out during development. It is the responsibility of the listing agent to ensure compliance with any/all Bright MLS regulations when uploading our photos to their system. Please let us know before your shoot if you have another preference regarding signage.
